J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Total Quality Logistics (Dayton, OH) en mars 2012
Entretien
It was 4 years ago, so some things have changed...
First there was a phone screening interview, and I had to sell them on using a product or service of my choice. Based off of that, they either bring you in on site, or stop the interview there. They brought me in for the onsite interview.
I had to do a test to name all 50 states' abbreviations, a typing test to show that I can type more than 40 words per minute, and a test with 9 questions about the company. Then you shadow a broker or two for about an hour total to get a feel for the job, then you go interview with the office manager for about 30 mins, and you get a call back whether you got the job or not within about 48-72 hours.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What motivates you?
What kind of person are you?
What sales experience do you have?
Very conversational interview where they just try to get a feel of who you are and if you would fit in with the culture of the office, if you can sell, and if you can work hard.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
