According to my recruiter, the first woman that called and did the phone interview should not have so I did the phone interview twice. It was simple, just had to make sure I researched the company and have some questions for her ready. I was accepted to have the second interview, which is in person. I unfortunately had some family issues so I was not able to attend and told my recruiter that, but I was told that she would get back to me whether or not I could reschedule. I have yet to get a call back so I think my chances are shot. I thought that she would be OK with it, since I read somewhere that they are very family friendly according to the CEO but I guess that was all for show and just to get more candidates to apply.
