The Interview process was pretty simple and easy. The first interview is over the phone and is really simple. The second interview that is conducted is pretty much a virtual job shadow and there is a small examination at the end of it. Lastly there is a third interview where you go into the office and have a physical job shadow.

The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly. There were about 3-4 rounds of calls and in-person interviews. The first in-person is a shadow of 2 current employees and an interview. The second is a knowledge test and an interview with the hiring manager.
