There was a total of 3 interviews. First phone interview. 2nd hire view. My recruiter was very nice. Name was Morgan. First 2 interviews were a breeze. The third interview was where I questioned things... The 3rd interview is more like an interrogation. You first have this assignment to look up manufactures for dry/cold goods- which I feel is just a free way for them to get leads. They didn't even ask for the assignment when I showed up. Then you sit with a broker in training an one not in training for an hour to see the overview of the job. When I walked in, some of the girls in there looked miserable. The brokers were nice though. Then you go in for the actual final interview. Make sure you payed attention to what the brokers showed you because you may be asked in the interview about it. In the interview, however, the guy really grilled the crap out of me an asked me question on top of question back to back an also cut me off a lot of times. They want ppl that are money hungry an that is willing to work like 60 hours a week an making 100 calls a day. The turnover rate is very high for a reason so beware. It's a 35,000 dollar base pay but you will have no life if you work there. You have to work at like 2 or 3am on a Saturday a lot of times if something happens which happens a lot- that's what the broker told me. Plus you can't get commission till after 6 months. You'll be busy working on your brokers acct more than yours. Anyway, I didn't get a offer but I'm glad because I accepted another job in my field so much better. Only take this job if you seriously desperate then leave asap!

Interviewer asked me extremely inappropriate questions, not job related, regarding family life and personal experiences. The people I saw who worked there did not seem happy. Worst interview ever, would never recommend.
