Inter was held at one of the Tim Hortan. It was very quick . Had few questions about previous experience handling customers. Interview was very easy and the Interviewer explained the working style at the store.

The interview was medium difficulty. The interviewer was cool and supportive. There were some 10 questions, all related to customer service.

Interview went great. A lot of basic questions - can you count, etc. Not very tough. Be ware though, lots of competition. Lots of qualified candidates competing for the same position. Be confident, and give it your best.
