The good thing they started doing recently is giving benefits every six months instead of yearly. Other than this managers get a $35 phone bill benefit and free meal. The worst part is The managers are not allowed to take more than a month off even if they are working for 2-3 years without any leave!!! The salary increment is also negligible once you get promoted to manager, and just a $1 or $2 is increased after putting in work for at least 1.5 years
