Submitted my resume online and I got a call back the next day for a one on one interview. Just went through the basic strengths and weakness questions and some situation questions as well as a customer service question. There was also a question about what was the most unpleasant task that was a responsibility of yours at a previous job

The interviewer is very warm and accommodating, will make you feel relaxed during the interview. Direct to the point and explained the process smoothly. Very open with questions about the company policies and work settings.

After the interview I started working at Tim hortons from next day.
