Quick and straightforward, interview was conducted with a member of the team and a tour was provided after the meeting. I returned for a second time to receive training. It was a good experience overall.

Entretien
Meet with a store manager who asks you basic questions. Having experience is a plus but being friendly is important as well. Very casual interview. First, a quick chat on the phone followed by an in-store interview. Very conversational. The first two weeks are for training, during which you can be fired for not learning fast enough or not trying very hard. Usually very patient people to help you learn.

Entretien
Less than 10 minutes, general questions focused on how you deal with stress, how good you are with customers, prior work experience, etc. Hardest question I was asked was what I considered one of my weaknesses. Work your way through questions out loud and be yourself, they're just looking for someone who can get the job done.

With a Tim Horton's on every corner, how will you make this one stand out?
