Went through six rounds of interviews, including a panel, hearing positive feedback, to then hearing nothing. Appalling lack of professionalism for a process that is extremely time consuming. Have some respect, TikTok.

Quick process (i.e. couple of weeks) & straightforward. I first had a screen with recruiter, then 1-1 with a hiring manager and then presented a deck to the team. Couple of more technical questions in the final interview - it was helpful to have an understanding of ad measurement & TikTok's products.

4-5 step interview process. All 30min slots.
1. HR screen: be ready to talk about your background, why tiktok, salary expectations, etc
2. Hiring Manager: background + technical questions (how do you handle client objections, tell me about a time where you used data to bring value to clients)
3. BPM Interview: technical and situational questions (what would you put on a post-campaign analysis, how would you improve campaign results)
4. Pod Lead: experience-based questions (have you helped clients learn how to use a new product, how do you work with cross-funcional teams)
5. Head of Sales: behavioral questions
