Question 1
How did you manage client expectations knowing you would be unable to resolve their issue
Had a wonderful and quick interview process with thrive! Very conversational and learned a lot about the company. It was three rounds, took a bit to hear back on final decision but did end up getting hired. Great company and culture!

I applied for the open role on LinkedIn and got an email response after 24 hours which I was pleasantly surprised by. I was a little concerned because the job description had no details about salary or benefits. The recruiter got me scheduled for the following week, and provided a lot of information about the company and the role on the phone screening. She asked the typical phone screen questions - tell me about yourself, why are you looking to leave your current role, what interested you about Thrive, etc. She even shared what the team structure would look like, which is one of the questions I typically ask, which I appreciated. When I asked her what it the range and level for this role, she shared that they are offering $75k + 10% bonus for this position. Not sure what market data they're looking at, but for a mid-senior level role (in NYC no less) that is surprisingly low. I currently work as a CSM in NJ and my base is $93.6k + 10% bonus, which I also shared with her as my minimum requirement. She was super nice about it and offered to stay in touch if anything changes with the role, but I don't expect that they'll be able to fill it any time soon.
