I had a screening call with TR's recruiter, who asked some basic questions about my experience and went over the benefits and salary. I had to then complete two tasks before being invited to interview (a proofreading task and a short writing task).

There was an initial timed writing test followed by a remote interview. The writing test was really just assessing basic grammar skills. The process was well-organised and the interviewers were really friendly.
