After an initial call with HR, I had an interview with the hiring manager, and then a final stage interview with the Head of Marketing. Both calls went well and I felt good about the conversations I had. I was told I would hear a final decision within a few days - it has been weeks now and I have not heard anything. I have followed up twice with HR but had no response. I am very disappointed to have invested this time and effort to not even hear back at all.
