I have interviewed for at least 4 roles where I have been told I was a top candidate and then completely ghosted with no explanation. I was stood up for an interview with a recruiter. I was contacted to schedule an interview and then the recruiter never got back to me and never reached out again. I will never apply to this company again because of how poor my experiences have been. I have wasted countless hours preparing for interviews and case studies and been treated so poorly after the interview is complete.
