Interview process was very straightforward, & ultimately took approximately 8 weeks from initial call to start date. (Background check took roughly 3 weeks… but was offered the position 5 weeks after initial call). 1. Initial Phone Screen (30min) 2. Hiring Manager Mtg (30min) 3. Hiring Manager Mtg w/ additional team members (30min) 4. Final Interview w/ Hiring Manager and VP (30min) No demos, no role play, and no presentation. Also, no “gotcha” questions, the process was very genuine and human. Which I realize is not most people’s experience within the tech industry as a whole at the moment.
