Entretien
First stage was a recruiter chat. After that the interview consisted of two stages. First one with 3 people asking you competency based questions. Second interview is much more technical and focused very much on how changes in the macro economic environment would affect the markets that you would be covering.

Generalisties: why I made certain career moves? Why they should hire me etc. Technical questions were more about macro factors and how they influence the general markets.

* Recruiter was really nice and making sure that I'm following the right process
* Interview with hiring managers and tech interviews were good, but seemed lacking some structure
* The process took longer than thought, but overall it was a good experience.

Entretien
Three stage process consistent of peer, manager and manager manager interviews.
Basic CV review followed by problem solving question and what I perceived to be cultural questions centered around customer based experience and conflict management.
