Next day interview and 4 current employees come to the interview. One is the leader. One is the team member. One is the leader's leader ( I guess) One is the same level as leader from other department. (I guess)

Great experience with Hiring Manager regarding the position. Able to understand how the job applies to previous experience and job responsibilities. Hiring Manager waited for me to talked about job experience before letting me know more about the job responsibility which is a good method because this will shows if interviewer's experience matches what they are looking for.
