Fist process was taking a proficiency exam. The exam was a bit challenging since it has tons of questions on derivatives, US taxation, US accounting procedures, Anti-Money Laundering, Equities, Mutual funds, etc. Fist Interview was with the Senior HR recruiter, next was with a department manager, and the last interview was with three senior managers. Interview with the HR was around 15 minutes, Department Manager was around 45 minutes , and lastly the interview with the senior managers were around 25 minutes. HR interview was scheduled in the late afternoon, while the interviews with the managers was all in the evening.
