Applied online and received phone call for interview. Had initial interview with HR representative with basic "why do you want to work here/tell me about yourself" questions. Next, there's a mock sales call with a current sales rep to test phone/selling skills. Following this, was offered an on-site interview which is a 4 hour process to meet with various sales managers and get an understanding of the job. Sales manager questions were fairly straight-forward, "explain a situation in which you had to work with others on a difficult task/explain how you were a leader when faced with adversity, etc." Received a call the following day with an offer.

Don't remember the most difficult question. Not a terribly difficult interview process, but not a cakewalk either. Understand SPIN selling technique and be able to apply it to prior sales situations.

It was structured like a basic interview, including the STAR response formatting. There was a lot of behavioral questions, and the interviewer was very nice. Overall, was not very "difficult" and was kept light.

HR - Team Lean - Exec. HR was short, it was online. Team lead was about 90 mins. They generally wanted to see if you were a good fit. Exec is more about compensation.

Applied online. Recruiter offered a phone screen. I reached out to her, via phone. She became annoyed at me, and told me (sounding very angry/annoyed) that "she didn't want another long-winded answer", then asked a question about sales, that I did not understand and was robotic. She told me it wasn't going well, and I asked to be moved out of the talent database.predicated on that interaction.
