Very casual, juts a phone interview and then I met with an employee and interviewed over skype with two other attorneys. It was a little weird. It was an overall comfortable process.

The interview process was smooth, professional and well coordinated. It started with an initial screening from the Talent Acquisition Team, where they asked about my background, experience and motivation for applying. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager, which focused more on my working experience, skills and how they relate to the role. Questions were straightforward such as how I handled deadlines, deal with challenges, and manage communication in a hybrid setup. The atmosphere was friendly and conversational rather than intimidating. After the interview, I received a prompt from HR, followed by instructions for pre-boarding discussions and background check.
