Entretien
Had an office visit with a tour and two different interviews. Briefly gave me a tour of the facility of all fields. After that I went ahead and sat down with somebody that had the same job as me and shadowed them to see what I would be doing.

STAR Format- super easy, completely behavioral. Unfortunately this makes the evaluation very subjective and usually those that are hired are done so by subjective measures. It was two seperate interviews and no prior performance in the company was addressed.

Thomson Reuters lives and dies by the STAR Interview process. There are many sites that can walk you through these types of questions. Review and practice how you answer these questions, it really helps when you are in the interview. First an HR recruiter does an initial phone screen; Second a Team Leader does a phone interview, about an hour; Third is a tour of the office, shadowing a call center employee and then interviewed by a Team Leader and Product Leader. It is about a three hour long process on-site.
