J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Home Depot (Lincoln, NE)
Entretien
Straight forward, interview with recruiter then moved to interview with hiring manager (also the sales manager). Not much different than other hiring processes I’ve seen with sales positions in the past.

Question 1
Role play a scenario, we’ve gone through the appointment with the customer. How would you wrap it up and ask for the sale?
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Home Depot (Brooklyn, NY) en mai 2025
Entretien
The interview was very generic but unprofessional. The first interviewer showed up late to our fist interview call. And then I was told I would be called by another person and was given a random 5 min interview call that lead to another interview over zoom.
I was also told that you need no experience in the field to sell the company products.
I was very surprised when I ask what are the company goals but was told that the company is doing well and is a billion dollar company that needs no explanation, the positions starting pay is 40k with commission but you don't receive commission for about 3 - 4 months because of training.
