Benefits are fine as long as you're full time. Part timers get almost nothing. And getting hired into full time is nearly impossible.

I have never had a part time position with any company that provided benefits. And you don't pay for the benefits, the company does 100%
The best thing about the benefits package at The Home Depot is that they help advise you and open up new opportunities for young workers. They are very supportive and provide benefits for many employees which can be utilized
