The best thing about the benefits package at The Home Depot is that they help advise you and open up new opportunities for young workers. They are very supportive and provide benefits for many employees which can be utilized
They gave decent benefits especially the one that supported tuition if you were studying something that was related to the jobs of that warehouse, such as HR.
Lots of benefits starts after probationary period
There is really nothing that I thought I should complain about. Everything was excellent.
You don't get benefit unless you work 40 hours per week and it is based on a rolling period of 3 months. EX) If you don't work 40 hrs/week for 3 months or if you miss even a day in those 3 months you can and will be denied benefits under Manulife insurance. Also, student assistant programs or profit sharing was a joke because it is based on how long you work there and not your performance as an associate.
this company has really good benefits for its employees would recommend this job to someone out of high school, do not see anyone making a future. for themselves with this job.
