The interview process took place at the workplace. An HR rep was involved in both parts of the interview. One interview was behavioral, and the other was technical. It was a pretty standard interview process with a good balance of both types of questions.

easy, straight forward. over the phone interview and offered position same day. asked questions about availability and office space to put equipment. asked about general customer service scenario questions. asked about dealing with difficult customers.
Everything went as expected. Wasn’t nervous at all . They follow up very quickly . Make sure to be yourself and answer with confidence! They made me feel as if I was already apart of the company
