J'ai passé un entretien chez The Home Depot (Baton Rouge, LA)
Entretien
The interview process was very relaxed and easy. I walked in, talked about myself and prior experience, then I started training two days later. Altogether it was a positive experience.

Interviewed for Home Depot by request of the ASMs at the time (2013]
I was already a Vendor there for another company and hardware was the department I was in , doing my job of making keys, AND also helping customers around the store in other departments because customers think I'm an employee so I basically was an associate but without the orange apron.
I've already had 7 years experience being a vendor for Lowes, Walmart AND Walmart , so I know my stuff.
All the ASMs were impressed with my hard work ethic. So Marlene and Rob the ASMs kept asking me to cross over and work for them.
So it's interview time and to make a long story short.
Marlene offers me the position of "Cart Pusher"
I politely declined but I was livid inside.
Humiliated, offended that after all I've proved to them , I was offered their lowest position despite my knowledge of the whole store and where things are AND at that time, I also was the vendor at 2 other Home Depots . Guess that wasn't enough to even be a cashier.
Glad I Dodged that bullet!
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Home Depot (Denham Springs, LA) en juin 2019

Interviewer played on his phone for half my interview. Felt very disrespectful. When he wasn’t on his phone he seemed very uninterested and could tell he did not want to be doing the interview so just left.
