I didn't have one. I was accepted after I put in my application. The process is done electronically and through their main base of operations, apparently. It was quick and easy and my interviewer was kind along with the rest of the staff.

Extremely simple and easy. Did not have to show capabilities of driving before being hired. Getting the job solely depends on your availability throughout the week. Managers are always pushing for drivers to be on the night shift.
