Pretty basic situational questions looking for STAR responses, with a role play as well. Looking for Customer Service focus, business savvy and interpersonal skills. Looking for an ability to multi-task, problem solve and stay calm under pressure.

Entretien
Slow. It took over 2 weeks to get a first interview. Then it took another 3 weeks to get a second interview. They say you’ll hear back from them but if they don’t want you, they won’t reach out

What can you offer to ensure everyone is keeping customer service a priority?
Multiple step process. If you don's answer the questions perfect you will not be considered for job. The interview is very subjective to the interviewer. If they are having a bad day it could reflect on you which is not great.
