I applied for several jobs on line. The store I shop at told me they did not take applications in the store but encouraged me to apply on line. I took a couple of assessment tests on line and surprisingly they called me back for a phone interview for the job I knew the least about. They asked of I were still interested after they explained the job and then scheduled me for an in store interview at my local store. At the interview several applicants were there as well as several interviewers. We filled out a few preliminary forms and then were interviewed separately and asked a series of questions about how we would respond to different job situations. We were told there may be a second interview. A few minutes later they told me the second interview would start now.after a few minutes the interviewer( who Is the team boss) interviewed me briefly, said I had completed the 1st interview successfully and offered me the Job. I signed a background check and drug test release and was scheduled for a drug test the next day. I took the drug test the next day at a lab corp location( urine sample ) and am awaiting results of it and background check.interviewer told me I should hear from them in about a week.

Very Short and sweet. Easy questions and answers. Very laid back. Friendly. Very comfortable. Felt at ease. No pressure. Great first impression. Would love to work here. Great benefits.
