J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Home Depot (Daly City, CA) en juill. 2013
Entretien
The interview process was a bit mechanical and impersonal over the phone first. The same goes for all Stores that I applied to: a computer would ask some easy questions over the phone, and would program a phone interview with someone either right away, or for another day, so that would add additional insight if you are chosen for the phone interview immediately. Then, I submitted an easy questionnaire over HD's Website, with rather funny questions... Eventually, someone called me for the personal interview, and I was interviewed twice: by HR and the Lead manager. I was offered the Sales Associate position.

Entretien
20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview

Easy....mostly interested in your ability to be regularly on time with consistant attendence. My construction experience helped immensly in my position as Sales Associate in gthe hardware department. I becamr the highest paid associate in that department in just two years with 3 salary increases.

Question 1
They asked several questions but due to the fact that I was so over qualified...it was 'how soon can you start".
