They asked questions on how you would make said department better and more efficient. They watch you. Always act as a boss. Wont garauantee you the job. I.did a department heads job for a year and tjey gave it to someone who just started and didnt know the system. I had to teach said person my job then he gave me a bad review. Saying i was disrespectful.
