You interview with an assistant manager and if they like you then you interview with the store manager. You are asked several scenario questions. The drug test is a mouth swab administered by the store manager at the time of that interview.

The hiring manager and human resources rep were both very friendly. They explained the job I was going to perform in detail but very simply. They were very upfront about what he job I was going to perform was like.
