Quite simple, you complete an application online and come in for a day of shadowing at the store. You will discuss a few interview questions with a manager and then they will give you a tour of the store.

Transferred as a cashier to the store from another store and within a few months I was approached by management to apply for the position. I was then given an interviewed a few days later and the next day was offered the position. The interview was just a forrmality and was already chosen for the position.

Entretien
It was an in-person interview held at the store. The interview was relaxed and friendly. The manager asked about my previous customer service experience, how I handle busy hours, and my ability to lead a team at the front end. They also asked situational questions to see how I would respond to customer concerns or team issues. The whole process was clear, professional, and supportive.

My interviewer asked basic questions, which were nothing too difficult. They are looking for how you handled past situations and want more than just one or two sentences, try to tell them the story from start to end with details but at the same time make sure you are not talking about the same story for 2+ minutes.
