Today your are screened by HR then you meet with the Store Manager.
To get in the store managers head, think about who he reports to and what gets back to his superiors .
Are you a liability ?
Will you be a distraction ?
Are you a thief ?
Managers at Home Depot think more about liabilities and benefits.... You are a follower and they are the leaders.... Be the good solider , humble, follow orders and do your work !

20-minute interview, asked scenario-based questions and experiences with customer service. The interview had a video call component and an in-person interview. The interview had questions about comfort with learning new programs and asked about availability.
it was short and it was simple very quick and they hired me on the spot probably due to needing people and being short staffed, but the staff was nice and polite they did also send me an email before hand to schedule my interview

Easy....mostly interested in your ability to be regularly on time with consistant attendence. My construction experience helped immensly in my position as Sales Associate in gthe hardware department. I becamr the highest paid associate in that department in just two years with 3 salary increases.
