I completed a group interview with the department head and a manager. I was then asked back to do another interview with a separate manager. I was then asked back for a 3rd interview with the Store Manager who offered me the position

Met with HR manager and interview was pretty simple. Just went over experience and customer service questions. They usually want someone with experience for the job but it’s a good place to start as well if you’re looking to get into the industry. Training videos are provided but they are customer service heavy.

It was great and satisfying but the didn’t ask any questions about my technical skills. I thought that this could be the pivot point in the interview. I think this position requires more sales skills than creative skills.
