District manager conducted interview and asked 6-8 questions pertaining to the supervisor position.
After answering each question my boss would ask followup questions which I would then answer. At the end of the interview he asked me a couple questions not from the required list. Once I answered those he went over some of his expectations for the position and then I asked him a few questions about the job.

Interview process was fairly easy. Phone interview followed by interview with store HR was a short process with quick followup. I would definitely recommend it for anyone searching for a retail job in a big box hardware environment.

Complete the online application. Complete the online quizzes. If you pass, call the number provided via email (later). Answer similar questions with a live agent (phone interview). Within same call, schedule an in-person interview with the store. Arrive 10 minutes early to the surprise of several supervisors and the manager. Seriously. Get through an in-person interview. Get told to call them back. Best guess is to call and say, "Do you know yet if you need to hire someone?" or "did you forget to hire me?" Go with your gut, though. Called back and could only leave a message. I was told I would be contacted and never heard back. --- Extremely unprofessional experience. But, I guess that could have gone without saying based on the condition of the store.
