Phone screening Recruiter's phone didn't work and was frustrated at me for quality of call. However, she called back using her cell phone and it was discovered it was her phone. She doesn't understand the answers to the questions given, had to repeat twice. What was a problem and what was the solution? When the solution was given, she didn't understand and kept repeating the question. Did not give time to ask questions. She did not inquire. Unprofessional.
