Panel interview where they ask a lot of questions about how you demonstrated leadership in particular areas. They are looking for you to tell stories and how you solved and demonstarted particular skills. Look through the reading material they give you beforehand for clues on what they might ask. HR called me to do the panel interview in two days. Did the interview and was told I would hear two weeks later. Heard nothing after two weeks. Reached out to HR and hiring manager, both ghosted me. Emailed the Director and was told they picked someone else.
