Canned - no questions about background, as if anything I did previous would not matter to them. Questions were read from a standard form. I later found out that the form cannot be deviated from per some guru in human resources. It then took more than a month to hear back from them.

After online application there was video interview with panel. It's must to follow STAR format of sharing examples on every question. Situation-Task-Actions-Result & Reflection. The challenging part is to have a pool of these examples close to your potential role and react quick. I didn't get offer being accepted as overqualified and continued to work on bottlers side. Feedback may take more than two weeks.

Aangename en persoonlijke ervaring waarin ze vooral jou veel laten vertellen en zelf relatief weinig vragen stellen. Vooral vragen zoals ‘wanneer toon je in het dagelijks leven tekenen van leiderschap’.
