Phone interview followed by 2 personal interviews. It was easy, however time consuming. they were asking a lot of questions and you had to respond them in STAR format - situation, action, result.

First the human resources team will reach out to you. Then they would fly you down for an interview on campus. Next, interview with the hiring Manager;then with the business; and last with a colleague. They would take you to lunch and ask more question.
