I actually interviewed for another position, but was referred to their hiring manager for this position. I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and his manager within 2-3 weeks. The interview lasted about an hour. They read questions directly from their HR forms with some ad lib questions. (Coke will interview you even if they have an internal candidate selected for the position. I was told that the previous position I interviewed for went to an internal candidate and it seems as though this position was the same situation.)
