The interview was conducted through video where I had to answer the questions and submit the responses. Received an interview from the recruiter and had to wait over a week to hear anything back because of COVID. I find these interviews to be less personable and exhausting.

Very nice process. They were trying to get to know the candidate really well. Great efforts from HR. Instead of a plain bland rejection mail . I got a call from the interviewer explaining why they decided not to go ahead with me over other candidates.
