The interview is a written interview. You are subjected to psychometric tests which may include logical tests and mechanical engineering tools and equipment. The test also includes mathematics. The questions are relatively easy but demand a certain level of IQ for one to fully understand the underlying tricks. So generally the tests are about how wise of a person you are but not rather entirely based on the knowledge you have.
