I applied online through indeed.com to the merchandiser position. Weeks later I finally got a response to come in for an interview later that week. Waited twenty minutes for the interview, the office was quite impressive. Answered a few questions then was asked to a second interview with the manager of the area I would be working in. Got notification of being hired and took around two weeks to get started on the job after all documentation had cleared.

Interview was scheduled during a short phone screening and confirmed by email. They asked about my work history, retail and mechanising experience, and we talked in depth about the specifics and requirements of the position.
