It was a long but good process. The interviewer was very interactive during the process and made it a more relaxing expirence for me. He asked some basic questions but also some in depth questions that made the expirence a bit more challenging. After the face to face interview, he took me on a tour of the buliding and the plant. to end the four day process I did 9+ hours of computer work going over safety procedures and how the plant ran.
