I received a direct interview with a VP after going to one of their networking events, the interview got me to to describe the experiences on my CV and then prompted further technical questions about my experiences that increased in difficulty as time went on

I had was one first round with a hackerrank assessment before it. Then there was also one super day with three different interviews. Two were technical and one was behavioral.
