The first round was a screening call on the phone. The second round was in person. They asked very industry-related questions, especially regarding the product. I did a role play with two hiring managers. I don’t think these two hiring managers were in sync, as they had to discuss the process during the interview. I asked one of the hiring managers, "Can you describe somebody you loved managing/working with and what made them so great?" They said they do not manage people in this company and implied there’s no hierarchy.

4 interviews over 2 weeks. No zoom or video, just phone on all steps. Started with HR, then hiring manager, managers peer, then sales engineer then back to hiring manager. Process was straight forward, well communicated at each step of the way. After offer, 2+ weeks more for back ground check
