The Interview was in three stages; A recorded video interview, more of a call with the recruiter, then a final on-site interview with the remaining group of applicants, to perform either group activities, or two interviews around behavioural or technical questions.

Question 1
They asked mainly behavioural questions; technical questions were more scoped to talking about your won projects and experience. There were also multiple group activities to solve basic tasks.
the process was a recorded one way interview for first round that took around 10 minutes to complete it was just behavioural questions no technical questions. have not heard next round so don't know
For my Thales application, I immediately received online assessments including numerical and verbal reasoning tests, followed by recorded video interview questions assessing motivation, communication skills, and alignment with the company’s values.

Entretien
Direct callback to interview, general assessment of understanding of low level software (how does compiled software actually work) then pivots into longer, in depth discussion about contents on CV. Will quiz you on the technologies you mention, especially related to the work being done
