Entretien
I had an initial telephone interview which mostly consisted of competency (teamworking, etc) questions. This was successful and so I had a day long assessment centre. This consisted of a one on one presentation and interview based partly on the presentation and partly on the skills listed in my CV. I then had a group activity to test teamworking. We also had a proof-reading and business skills test and some aptitude/IQ tests. Lunch was provided and all staff involved in the day were helpful and friendsly.

How would you implement a singleton class in Java?
I attended the interview process as part of a campus drive at a college in Bengaluru. Multiple colleges came as part of the drive for multiple disciplines. This was after I cleared a virtual Online Assessment which was a coding round. We were supposed to have 2 rounds of interviews and 1 hr round, but due to a large number of candidates, only 1 interview and 1 hr was conducted. Only those who qualified for the technical interview went through to HR. I was rejected at HR round.

I had two rounds of interview , First one is HR screening and next round with manager and lead engineer for technical round. Both went okay and well informed on the process.

C++ , Embedded Linux , and other discussion around problem solving.
It was very long and tiring and ill managed because nothing was done with the help of computers. Everything was done on papwe which is ironical for a tech company.
