First, I had to take a test with general programming language questions, a personality test and IQ test and then, because I passed these tests, I went for an onsite interview.

30 minutes, online, with team lead, technical (about .Net). Introductions, technical questions, questions of the interviewee to the interviewer, etc. Not too hard, since entry level position. Compensation not discussed
Really quick interview process starting with easy, basic programming questions and increasing the difficulty to see how I understand the problem. I will say the process was not that difficult with questions about operating systems, pointers, memory allocation for a job on embedded systems
