Easy, not too many questions. Manager asked if I had experience and what my schedule was like. Didn’t get much feedback but I got a second interview quickly. Was hired after the second interview.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
