Go in, wait for manager, sit down at a booth with manager, talk, same thing for second interview and third interview is with restaurant owner pretty much the same thing he just says if you got the job or not

3 interviews. 3 different managers. all very nice and the questions were standard interview questions. kind of nerve racking though and I personally think 3 interviews is a bit much.

Smooth interview. They want to know your personality and the way you can handle customers and the fast paced environment. Good availability is a must have. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot.

It was incredibly easy. They actually cared about the individual. They treated everyone like family and there was only one interview process. The management team was very welcoming regardless of race, gender, and sexuality.
